Having earlier experienced the ultimate in Icelandic meat soup (Perlan - try it!), I was after an outstanding fish soup and, after a brief search in the central area, we spotted the menu at this place. "Fish soup made with white chocolate" it said. "I have just GOT to try this" I said.
A smart looking restaurant. We enquired "A drink and some soup, OK". No problem.
The soup was SENSATIONAL. Knowing that white chocolate was an ingredient explained why the texture was so silky smooth. Plus, there were scallops, mussels, salmon and shrimps. Also, there is just no doubt that this soup was freshly made. No chill, no microwave. Top marks to this restaurant. Not cheap, but good.
