Had a nice vacation? Stayed for 20days and had a great time! Perfect location to shops and historical tours. Beach, food, pool, drinks, friendly staff what more do you need. Great place for the price. Would go back again!

A beautiful oasis in Cyprus. Hotel rooms are situated in the nice garden, rooms are clean, very spacious and comfortable. There is everything, what you may need during your holidays. The hotel manager is very friendly and always helpful, if you need something. There is a beautiful garden with a lot of flowers. All children and many adults like hotel pool with slides. A beautiful sand beach is just in front of the hotel. The meal was always very tasteful. I would recommend this hotel as a best family resort in Cyprus.

Room Tip: Room in the first floor

Alarm bells should have rang when we turned up and the manager wanted full payment for the whole stay even though we wanted to see our room first, however we gave him the benefit of the doubt. Once we'd paid it all went down hill. we weren't shown to our room or had any help with our luggage. Breakfast was included, but was disgusting and no variety so we soon found ourselves having to go out daily. The rooms weren't cleaned and sheets weren't changed even though we complained so we had to buy our own cleaning products. Wifi was charged by the week per appliance only to find out it does not work in your room or reception so you have to stand by the pool in the scorching heat to get online. Wall sockets in room don't work properly and neither does hairdryer. Any complaint was responded by them advising there is nothing we can do or it is how it is take it or leave it. Eventually after all the problems we faced we decided to speak to the manager who was extremely rude and blamed us for all the issues and when we advised we had decided to leave and wanted a refund for our remaining stay we were told nobody gets a penny back and threatened and felt it was unsafe to stay. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Booked online through a third party, was supposed to be provided with breakfast lunch and evening meal but wasn't offered anything.
After a close inspection of the establishment I declined to even quibble about the food that I had paid for which was supposed to be provided.
Seems that this place is a parking place for people from the Czech Republic, not that I have anything against Czech people but I felt quite sorry for them because they were in effect stuck in this tacky ill managed so called holiday village.
The owner who manages the place with his Moldovian second time around partner needs to attend some sort of training to teach them how to run a business which provides hospitality as they don't know the meaning of the word.
After arriving I decided swiftly that I'm only going to spend the night here and went for a drive to Dip Karpaz where we had amazing food and even more amazing views of the clearest waters in the Med.
Returned back to hotel and found the air con was not working in the bedroom and new flat screen TV was not tuned in.
A young lad was tasked with rectifying the faults, also Moldovian I suspect that he is the owners girlfriends boy from a previous relationship. After much fiddling he managed to get the aircon going but he was not able to do the same for the tv.
All in all don't stay here, it's cheap and tacky and the owner is downright rude, I was even asked how much did I pay to the third party for the stay.
I'm sure this is why he put us up in the arm pit of his establishment.
Wish I stayed somewhere else!

We stayed out of season for one week and would have checked out if it had been any longer. The room we were allocated had been refurbished but the shower leaked and we had to mop floor each time we used it. The general lack of safety was shocking! there was piles of building materials on unlit walkways. We had to ask for lighting to be put on at night as we could not walk from our room to Reception as it was pitch black and the walk way was raised with no banister so one wrong move and we would have fallen onto builders rubble. There was also steps without handrails and at night this was dangerous. Breakfast was dreadful and the coffee machine was dirty. This hotel is run by a local and his Eastern European girlfriend who obviously have no training in running a Hotel. If this was anywhere else in the world the local authority would have closed it down as not safe for tourists. I would never stay here again and would advise people with children to stay away as they have no safety standards what so ever, and there are far too many areas where you could injure yourself.

Room Tip: Stay in a proper hotel!
