1 review We arrived in the middle of the night and Fiorella, the manager was still there waiting for us despite us being delayed. The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything there that we could possibly need for a fortnights self catering holiday (including a sharp knife.....very impressed!) . The rooms are very spacious and the villa was plenty big enough for 6 people. The roof terraces allow a little escape and are really nice to use whilst watching the sun go down. The pool was fantastic and Fiorella did come to check that the pool man was keeping the pool crystal clear. Her local knowledge gave us plenty of things to do and where the best places were to eat and where to avoid. We have had an amazing time.

Lovely villa with everything you need to enjoy your stay. It was perfect as well for my family as the teenagers were able to have a walk around the shops. The villa was very clean when we arrived and the lady who met us made sure all our requests were fulfilled. Thank you very much and we will call you again the next time we visit Cyprus.

took a little finding, especially after we didn't get to the Villa until after midnight, Welcomed on the main road by the fantastic housekeeper Fiorella - who had kept waiting through a 2 hr flight delay, and prepared a welcome package of some basic essentials to get us started. We never cooked, but facilities were there for both indoor and barbeques if needed. Villa is well maintained, clean and spacious, Pool is bigger than expected, and the location is right on an easy bus route if you want to venture into Limassol city itself. Our first Villa trip - and it wont be our last - though the bar has now been set very high to beast this one. Thank you Christina, and pass our thanks to Fiorella too.

I stayed in the villa with my husband and two other family members at the end of September. Beware there is constantly loud building work across the road (which is very busy) begining at 6am every morning, including Sunday, and not stopping until 5pm. There were jack hammers, beeping horns and shouting workmen all day (we have recordings). This really spolied our holiday and made relaxing by the pool impossible. I would suggest that uless you are happy with noise to aviod this property for at least 12 months as there was alot of work still to be completed.
Alouthough the villa was clean and tidy it was a bit tired in places, for instance the window in the downstairs bathroom was sealed with red tape and could not be opened. The pictures for the villa are a little misleading, one of the pictures shows the TV with the SKY logo, there is no sky TV available in the villa, whilest we didn't go on holiday to watch TV I feel that it is a little naughty of the owners to use this image and could even be described as misselling.

Please allow me to offer our sincere apologies for the construction noise that impacted your stay. The hotel site does not always intrude in the way you experienced, so it is difficult for us to predict when this challenge will arise. Although we cannot control their noise we should have conveyed to you more appropriately the sincerity of our apologies. We always strive for our clients’ experiences of our villa to be fantastic, and we really regret that this was not the case for you.
We have checked with the builders working on the hotel opposite and are assured that most of the heavy (and hence noisy) work will have been completed by the end of this year, and so any interruption to our guests relaxing in the villa garden should be minimal after Spring 2017. Once the hotel is complete later next year it will add another superb amenity and dining venue to the local area.
We have asked our maintenance team to readdress the issue of the window, which was sealed for safety reasons, but clearly the standard of finish has fallen below what we would wish for our guests.
The TV programs are feed via a communal satellite which we have no control over, we accept that the Sky logo appearing on a photo of the TV could be construed as misleading, and whilst we are aware many of our guests use the DVD player supplied, or the free in-house wi-fi (with a VPN) to access their favourite programmes, we have amended the photograph to prevent any confusion.
We do hope that you will come back and stay with us again sometime.
