Really pleased with this appt and thought it was a fantastic base for exploring...close enough to walk to the main bit but far enough away to properly relax. Would def recommend!

Aphrodite Gardens is a collection of private apartments set around a shared pool. Number 28 is very kindly leased by the lovely June and is a wonderful example of these apartments. The apartment itself has two bedrooms, a bathroom, lounge/open plan kitchen/diner and balcony over looking the gardens and pool.
Number 28 is beautifully presented with comfortable furnishings and pretty much everything you could need, including pool loungers, snorkels, buckets and spades, picnic bags, beach bags, beach towels....the list is endless. We stayed with out three young children and were also able to hire a cot and highchair. There were some toys, Wii and DVD player to help keep younger guests entertained. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment you would expect and lots that you wouldn't too. There is a large American style fridge freezer which produces iced water and ice, perfect for when you come back from the beach. The bathroom has a large bath and shower over head and there is also a dishwasher and washing machine available.
The apartment is a short walk away from the "bar area" of Paphos and about a twenty minute walk to the Harbour, where lots of other restaurants can be found. We also used to walk down to a public beach near Alexander the Great hotel, which again took about twenty minutes (with three young children). There are plenty of local supermarkets within a very short walk and larger supermarkets a bit further out (a good one near the harbour). I can recommend the supermarket at the rear of the property, and they also own the car hire and taxi firm next door. We found them very reasonable and helpful. There are bus routes that stop nearby and plenty of maps and tourist information in the drawer of the coffee table.
Whilst the pool was a little cold for me during April, my boys seemed happy enough. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the sun instead! There are plenty of things to see and do around Paphos and the easiest way is with a hire car. The apartment is managed locally by a lovely couple who live in one of the other apartments. They provided us with a welcome pack of basic food on arrival which was very helpful. All in all, if you would like a well stocked, comfortable, quiet apartment that is close enough to the main tourist areas, then this apartment will tick all of your boxes.

Had a lovely holiday in Paphos staying at 28 Aphrodite gardens. The apartment is large with modern furniture and has all the amenities you need for a very comfortable stay. The bonus being the American freezer with cold water and ice on tap which was very beneficial as it was so hot. It is based in an ideal location, quiet, yet within walking distance of the harbour, shops and restaurants etc. The apartment and communal area are very well maintained. Chris and Brian who live downstairs and June the owner who was on holiday herself were very friendly ang gave us lots if useful information. I would not hesitate in recommending a holiday here and hope we will return again ourselves in the near future
You won't find silk sheets or gold taps at this one! But you will find a very spacious, and completely supplied 2 bedroom home away from home. It has every thing you will need from very comfortable furniture, to excellent Wi Fi connection and if there is any thing missing, just ask Chris or Bryan, the care takers, and I am sure they will find it for you. Chris and Bryan were always available and ready to help with any request, but were never intrusive. I have no problem recommending this one, and you can believe all that the owner has written about this unit, and the surrounding area.

My family and I stayed at this fabulous holiday letting in 2012.
The accommodation was fantastic with all the amenities included. The apartment was clean, welcoming and made our stay in Cyprus a memorable one. Very close to the sea front, the apartment was in an ideal location. The site was also very well maintained and we were made to feel very welcome with plenty of room around the pool for a lazy day.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this holiday let to anyone who wants a relaxing, hassle free holiday rental.
