This Hotel lived up to all expectations. The location was perfect, the staff very attentive, the food top class and the accommodation luxurious and spacious. We were upgraded on arrival and further upgraded for the final three nights of our holiday. We enjoy our exercise and there was a very well appointed gym and a 'promenade' on which we could run all the way into Paphos town, just over 2 miles away. With three separate restaurants we did not need to venture away from the hotel for evening meals. We wanted a relaxing break and this Hotel delivered in spades and I would recommend it without hesitation.

Room Tip: I think the half board option was good value for money

We did experience a hiccup at the start of our holiday, due to a Central reservation error made in allocating the wrong room type, and, as we arrived late at night, the mistake couldn't be rectified that night. However the Manager (Spyros Theophanides) corrected the mistake the following morning and we were allocated the correct room type for the remainder of our holiday. A bottle of Champagne and a very large bowl of fruit were later delivered to our room

Mistakes are made, but it is the action taken to put it right that is a measure of the establishment, and in this case the action taken was just right.

The hotel (adult only) has around 115 rooms (all Suites) and is directly adjacent to the beach - There are plenty of sun loungers, well spaced out around the largish pool - With our room type we were allocated a private cabana(with security locker) on the beach and fresh towels were allocated each morning. Additional towels were also freely available.

The hotel was very clean, and the public areas maintained to a very high standard. All the staff, without exception, were pleasant and eager to please.

There are 3 restaurants on site, two A La Carte and one buffet. Bookings are required for the A La Carte restaurants but no booking required for the buffet restaurant. Breakfast is served in the buffet restaurant where the choice of food is exceptional and George and Larissa go out of their way to look after all the guests.

There is evening entertainment in both the A La Carte and the Buffet restaurant, The standard is varied but the music is relaxing.

We have visited many hotels in different countries and the standards in this hotel put it at the top of our list of hotels to revisit.

Room Tip: We were able t view a number of rooms and they were all, without exception, good sized suites.

Third time to this hotel. It's adults only which we like. The rooms are spacious, the food is excellent and it is definitely a luxury holiday. Garden staff are so efficient setting up sunbeds and providing and collecting towels. Makes you feel very pampered.

Room Tip: Choose the sea-view rooms - the views from the balcony make the holiday.

Arrived late so check in was left until next day.A large cold platter of meats, cheeses and breads were delivered to the room.
Our one bedroom front sea view suite was in a beautiful position to enjoy the view of the pools down to the sea. With a large balcony and both rooms having full glass doors opening to the balcony.
Breakfast buffet was excellent so much choice and tasty. We took all our lunches in Kymata beach restaurant enjoying the sea view. The menu had a good choice of plain nice tasting foods with large portions.A dish of the day was also offered.Evening meals we took at both the Kymata and the indoor A La Carte restaurant. Both restaurants had a different soup always on offer, also steaks, fish, chicken and pasta. All meals were well cooked but both restaurants had many dishes that were similar on their menus. After 2 weeks we were fed up with many meals served with a choice of jacket potato, mash or chips. There really should have been potatoes served in other ways such as dauphinois or lyonnaise.
We don't enjoy buffet style dining for lunch or dinner when on holiday preferring to be served at our table.A menu could be displayed outside the buffet two days before each mealtime allowing it to be viewed before booking the A La Cartes. Our meal plan was all inclusive but next time as we will return, this may change to allow us to sample Greek dishes such as moussaka and stuffed vine leaves at restaurants near the hotel. We were disappointed that these dishes were not included on the menu.
Many female staff are friendly but we found the male staff very formal but efficient.
This is a very good but expensive hotel that would benefit from another restaurant such as Chinese or Greek food.

Very good hotel with good facilities and brilliant staff my only suggestion for anyone booking is to ensure you have a sea view or a pool view. the garden views leave a lot to be desired . (car park or a large roof) providing the above have no hesitation in recommending this hotel

Room Tip: sea view is ideal pool view is good and garden views leave a lot to be desired
