We stayed for a week at the end of June / early July and our visit, unfortunately, coincided with a mini heatwave with temperatures in the 40's during the day and low 30's in the evenings.
The apartment was very hot and the air conditioning couldn't really cope - particularly the unit in the lounge.
The apartment is located in a residential area, about 25 minutes walk to the main restaurant and bar area, although there are one or two eating places nearby, plus a 'kiosk' for basic shopping needs 5 minutes walk away. Although a car is not absolutely necessary, we would recommend that you have one.
The apartment itself is on the second floor (there is a lift) and is clean, well equipped and certainly spacious enough for two people. Anna, the owner, is very helpful and was quick to sort out a minor problem. The balcony is fairly small, but large enough for the table & 4 chairs that are provided. The sun hits the balcony from 2pm and stays there until sunset - but it did get very, very hot during our stay!
There are 3 small pools in the grounds and 2 foldable sunbeds are provided (they need to be carried to and from the apartment each time). Overall, the apartment offers excellent value for money and provides an excellent base for a stay in the Paphos area.
