Horror.
Right in the middle of the local red light district. One advert, flashing 30cm high lights at 10 metres from entrance: Neue Maedchen (new girls!!!!), another is City … Horrible spot to go as woman. Dirt under the bed, even an electric connection box lying there - so no cleaning done of the room. Personnel have far more important things to do than help you. Hotel is FAR from city centre, no restaurants etc. there. Certainly NOT returning.
A very good hotel. Great, nice and friendly service. We were served several times by a very nice Italian. Rooms very clean and modern, very nice bathroom. The hotel has nice roof - terrace. The corridors are very cleverly decorated - it looks like an art gallery. Good drinks at the bar. During breakfast there is not much choice of food but what is there is enough and it is tasty. Unfortunately, the hotel offers paid parking for 18 euros. Only 10 minutes walk to the historic city center. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. A very good base for sightseeing. There is a bus stop and a pharmacy in front of the hotel. Hotel is not cheap but I recommend.

I really travel a lot, so please trust me when I say, this hotel is one of the best.
I can't find anything to fault.
Location is fantastic - 10 minutes (max) walk to the heart of historic old town. The area itself is very safe, clean and vibrant but not loud.
The hotel is fully modern, well maintained, nicely decorated. Rooms are spacious, perfect really.
I paid €95 for a Friday night in the middle of September - price includes a great breakfast.
I consider this hotel very good value!
Can't recommend enough for a mid-range hotel.

Exciting concept with a lot of artwork that makes you constantly discover new details and aspects. Great location, 10 minutes walking distance to the city center. Very friendly and supportive staff that made a last minute room change possible on our request. Clean and spacious rooms, nicely designed and well maintained. Even the roadside room is quiet although with small balcony. If you like Formula 1 - the owner does so too (some original things displayed). Will definitely come again when back in Graz.

Don’t judge this modern hotel by its exterior, which imo isn’t that attractive; it’s interior, however is sleek and impressive. The location is very good, close to a city centre market square with lots of restaurants and bars.
Rooms are airy and bright, bathrooms smart and well designed. Beds are comfortable with high quality linen. The hotel’s rooms and corridors are decorated with colourful and decorative contemporary art. The staff are well trained and helpful. Prices we thought were pretty reasonable and to top it all off, when we checked out our three sons each received RedBull Aston Martin baseball caps signed by a racing driver.
We will in future always stay there.
