Short business trip. Without exception, all the staff are super helpful and friendly. Very clean, modern hotel with excellent breakfast, bar and service. Reasonable pricing.

The NH Graz Hotel is located 10 minutes of walking distance to the main Graz City sequre busy area ( Old town of Graz ) .
There are other cafes and restaurants nearby e.g burger , kebab , pizza , Bakeries etc...
The check-in process was smooth.
There is parking's building attached to the hotel's building named Tiefgarage Pfauengarten ) which cost € 42 per day ( a bit expensive ) The Hotel's reception offers 50% Discount , please ask for it .
The room ( Deluxe Room ) is clean , tidy, and comfortable with a good view to park . Tea boiler available in the room with complimentary tea and coffee tags . Iron and Iron table available on request from the reception.
Tge Breakfast is available at € 22 .
Generally , it was a good experience stay . Thank you.

Our stay at the NH hotel in Graz was absolutely wonderful.
Especially the Staff Members Natasa , IIlaria and Laras were the sweetest women and made our stay feel even more comfortable.
I can highly recommend this hotel if you want a comfortable and warm stay.

Clean, comfy, conveniently located but it was the employees that made it stellar. The always helpful front desk/check-in team and also the breakfast crew. Lara was always working but friendly and smiling. Even housekeeping was commendable.

Modern and stylish hotel, nicely situated in the Graz Old Town. Large rooms with very good bed and linen. Breakfast seems to have a rich variety, but comes at relatively high cost (22€)

The hotel was comfortable, clean and the staff were very friendly. We were allowed a very early check-in after a long night train, and were grateful for this. The location is central but not noisy. We did not have an opportunity to eat the breakfast buffet so cannot comment on this. It has a bit of an apartment/industrial vibe.
