Spent one night at this hotel on our way back from the southern Europe. We got the family room which had the family bed behind a sliding door and a convertible sofa for our child in the main part of the room. The room size was surprisingly big, more than expected. Breakfast was very good with something for everybody. There is no restaurant in the hotel so in the evening you need to walk to a nearby gasthaus, which is only 5min by foot and serves very good food. Overall it was a nice stay and I would recommend this hotel to others.

Been there for some course, relative close to town center you can go by foot. Nice and clean room fair internet connection. Breakfast buffet is fairly good, personnel in hotel courteous and friendly. Prices fair and affordable. Hotel has underground garage for guests.

A first visit to Graz and I wasn't sure what to expect from this hotel, although the reviews were pretty good.

Staff were really friendly and helpful and mostly perfectly able to communicate in English; where they couldn't they got someone who could to assist. The owner/manager was quite a character and also very friendly.

Room was comfortable and clean and we were not disturbed by noise on any of the 3 nights there. Breakfast was continental and had a pretty reasonable selection with with lots of (very fresh) bread to choose from. There were some limited pastries one morning; not sure if we missed out as we tended to breakfast close to when it ended (10:30am, though they were quite relaxed about the time). Other than the pastry shortage, the only real downside was the coffee, which was really bitter. In fairness there was also chilled water, various juices and a selection of teas to drink rather than coffee.

The hotel is in a decent location. There isn't a lot going on in the immediate vicinity but it is close to trams and some really nice streets with typically Austrian buildings. There is also a supermarket below the hotel if you want cheap bottled water for your room or snacks.

The hotel is very clean and staff friendly although they have difficulty in communication in English. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and very clean. Room service is also very good. Towels are changed daily even if they are still on the rail.

Room Tip: We were on the first floor and the environment was very quite.

Nice hotel with big, clean rooms (2 people). Bathroom has a bathtub and a hairdrayer (and everything else you need). Heating was great. Our room had a balkon, which is nice (although the view is nothing special).
Breakfast was excellent (buffet) and everyone can find something no matter how picky he/she is.
It has Wi-Fi in rooms which was working great.
Hotel is not in the center of Graz, but is not so far from the city center (about 20 min by foot or 15 by public transportation-it makes some circle because of the one way streets.)
