This is a large 4 star business class hotel. Everything was clean, modern, and comfortable.
It's located right next to the train station. As such, the neighborhood isn't "charming" like the old town. But there's a tram that will take you to old town in just a few minutes or you can walk there in 15-20 minutes.
This is a short review since there's nothing to complain about.
I would absolutely stay there again.

My friend and I arrived at the hotel after quite a long and tiring trip so we were very grateful for the super quick check-in process. The staff at the front desk and the bar were most polite and kind, always happy to help - notably with providing slippers, toothbrushes, chargers and so on and so forth.
Extra commendations to the barkeeper making small talk in English even though he was struggling a bit with the language. Always appreciate life long learners!
The breakfast was plenty and delicious, many kinds of food to choose from, as well as vegan, kosher and halal options for those interested.
Absolutely pleased with the accomodation, too! Comfortable bed, towels a' plenty, just perfect water pressure in the shower, a safe in the room for personal valuables, you name it, they have it.

I liked it very much. Hotel is new, very clean, quite, with beautiful interiors, comfort room and good breakfast. I plan to stay there in my next trip to Graz. People are also very nice. Hotel is in a very good place near main train station and near tram station that is going to the city center. You can come by tram in a 10 min to the city center. It is also easy to come from hotel to the center by walk in 30 minutes

Plus points - the location is good and the rooms are a decent size with decent facilities
Minus points - the staff friendliness was a bit hit and miss - some where great, some not so helpful. The room service was a bit patchy - one day no towels, another day tea and coffee not replenished. The parking was also not ideal - I booked this hotel because it had hotel parking. I arrived around 10pm and was told the car park was full and I'd have to find somewhere to park myself either on the road outside or search the internet for a car park close by! Not really what I wanted to hear having travelled for around 12 hours - fortunately there was one remaining space fairly close which was a relief. We were lucky for the remainder of our stay that we managed to get a space in the undeground car park. If you do get a space the car park is really good - well lit, modern and easy to park with good room for each parking space.
Overall our stay was ok.

Terrible service.
One of our two rooms had a malfunctioning air-conditioning. We had 27 degrees in one of the rooms. When we asked to be compensated with just the parking fee of 15 euro they told us that due to we hadn't complained during the night the couldn't help us...
Not that flexible or helpful
Dear guest,
our front desk is 24 hours available and happy to regulate your A/C anytime (is only working when windows are closed and mainswitch is on, which was not the case in your room). A compensation is not available when our staff is not getting the chance to fix the problem during the stay.
A front desk which is available 24 hours for our guests is a very good service, our guests are appreciating this a lot.
