Stayed 3 days, when I entered there was not any coffee in my room - and not the next 2 times another! Just cream and sugar packs
Also I had some things from the mini bar , and they weren't replenished - annoying
Beds are tiny and not comfortable
Price is ok and it's very centrally located though
Our room was large, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was big enough for a quick shower. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, yet the cafe next to the hotel has a good variety food for breakfast. The reception staff was helpful. Overall was a good experience.
We stayed here for the 2018 Austrian GP. Although a long trip to the Red Bull Ring - 1-1.5hrs, the hotel is right next to the railway station, is very comfortable, clean and efficient. We had breakfast each day which was provided from 6am so we could get to the track early when we wanted to.
Staff were very friendly and helpful and most spoke English (which was great for us).
It's about a 15 minute walk down to the centre of Graz but it's an easy walk.
There is good food nearby.
Stayed for one night at Europa Hotel which is situated right opposite Graz railway station. Twin room with a friend was ideal with good air conditioning. Oddly when we got back to the hotel in the early hours of Sunday morning the front doors to the hotel were open as were the lifts doors with no one on reception. Anyone could of wondered in. Breakfast at a hefty 16 euro was not participated in. Would stay again although at 100 Euro for a twin this was over my normal budget.

Nice hotel used for the first time for a business trip.
Good service, rooms and food for breakfast.
There is a park with a special price for hotel dinner in the street behind.
If you want to avoid the car, the hotel is in front of the railway station.
