I spent only two nights in Bokan, and it was really good, except for the fact that bathroom is running on bare essentials and the location is a bit away from the center.
Rooms are spacious, with a lot of cupboard space and huge TV. There is a lot of light, since the whole wall towards the terrace is a glass panel. Terrace is shared with other rooms on that side of the hotel, but you can pull down the shutters for the privacy.
Beds are large and comfortable. Hotel is off the main streets so area is quiet and I found this a great place to sleep.
My room had WiFi (as far as I have seen, every room did) and it worked without any problems considering signal quality. TV has large selection of channels in English, German, Italian and Russian.
Bathroom is at odds with the rest of the room. It is clean (except some scale stains) and rather large, but without any amenities and with thin towels of dubious quality. Compared to the rest of the room it is very basic.
Breakfast is good, with lots of options, both warm and cold food. Cheese platter had interesting choices.
Bokan is located some 15 minutes of walking form the main railway station. There is a bus stop in the vicinity, but I did not use public transportation so I cant say much about connectivity. On thother hand, it is in a quiet and peacefull area, full of greens and fresh air.
There is a lot of parking space in front of the hotel, as well as in the garage. There are several bars and restaurants in the same street some 10 minutes of walk away.
