This was a first but not last trip to Austria and you made our stay perfect.we felt at home and all staff were friendly and helpful,The hotel was in a very good location for all forms of transport.Anyone visiting Graz would be most happy to stay there My wife and I would like to thank all of the staff for making our stay great
Hotel is located next to hautbanhof. To center are going trams from station over the crossing. Also with bus 52 is possible to schoping center 4 bus stop far, where you can also visit restaurants.
Brand new and very clean. Friendly staff, but with glitches. I was promised to be called when the room was available to check-in - this never happened. I was courtyard facing and wifi coverage in my room was extremely poor and unreliable - combined with equally unreliable mobile reception. It would have made sense to perform testing on wifi before opening the hotel. Breakfast was just fine.
We stayed there in June 2024 when the hotel was brand new, and it was a great experience.
Rooms are well appointed and good size, shower is excellent and everything was perfectly clean.
The onsite restaurant Balaustine was a welcome surprise - absolutely delicious food, tapas style with Mediterranean flavors and the service was impeccable!
Great location right across from the train station, and with easy onsite parking.
Breakfast was delicious. Staff was courteous and friendly and very helpful!
