Location - the hotel is in a fair good location, short walk to the important sights of the city of Graz.
Breakfast - good selection of teas, fresh ingredients and generally sufficient spread.
Room - This is where the problem lies. For business travellers, if you want a good room, book the junior suite.
Due to the different booking times of my colleagues and myself, one of them got the junior suite while the rest of us got the normal rooms.
The junior suite is newly renovated with adjourning bath tub, and air conditioned.
For the normal rooms, mine was on level 3 and other colleagues on level 2.
For my room, it had the air condition unit, but no controller; I check with the reception, only did I realize that air conditioning would be chargeable at 7 euros per day. It was summer, hence I was left with no choice but to pay for the air conditioning. The room is very basic and interior extremely dated (1980's ??).
Bed was ok, but pillows very soft, I had to use 2 pillows to get a proper rest.
Would I book this hotel again, maybe, unless there is no other choice.
