If you looking for relax, a beautiful garden, health food, this is the right place.
The personnel is very kind and available for any requests, also for special gluten free dishes for our celiac son.
We stayed 4 nights and for us was as to be at home.

Comfortable rooms and great food - lunch is especially good value - look for the daily "Menue" options and choose something typically Austrian like a Wiener Schnitzel for a real treat. You can have it with rice or chips, but the Austrians enjoy it with boiled potatoes and cranberry sauce - yum!

Room tip: rooms at the back of the house are away from the main road and have a lovely view

Arriving late after calling in they kept the kitchen open to serve a nicely presented and tasty dinner.

Check-in friendly and efficient. With the exception of the particular door locking mechanism there is not much to explain.

The room functional and clean even though especially the bath room getting to the point where some refurbishment should be done. Towels should also be replaced as they start to be "thin".

Watch out for a room towards the garden as the road and the train on the front side could cost you some sleep.

WLAN free but connection not very stable but not clear if it is because of the router itself.

Dinner excellent (see above) and breakfast nothing fancy but offering what needs to be there to start the day.

Price value relation reasonable and for business it does not get better in this area.

Brucklwirt is a nice hotel outside of Leoben. You will need a car/taxi/bus to reach the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable although they aren't that new. All in all a nice place with fair prices.
I can recommend it for a short visit.

      Third visit in three months.
Its very handy for a local supplier
The staff are very helpful and friendly but that can't make up for the age and decor. The whole hotel could do with a makeover. The rooms are very tired.
The swimming pool has been out of action for the last four months at least

Room tip: Try to get a room facing the mountains as the road noise on the front of the hotel would keep most people awake at night

      Reviewed 7 September 2013

I chose the Brückelwirt manly because of its location as I was attending a wedding. I ended up spending about four hours in the room, but got some really great sleep. The room is comfortable, but don't expect anything fancy. The hotel is old (but according to the owners renovations to the rooms are next). The pics on tripadvisor give you a good idea what to expect. Beware the shower stalls are really small. As a slender person it was already a tight fit for me.
The service was wonderful. Check-in was nice and explained how to get into the Hotel in the morning hours as we mentioned we were attending a wedding. Breakfast is till 9:30 but upon my asking was extended for my friends who overslept. The waitress patiently waited for more than 45 min and then even asked if we needed anything else before she started clearing the buffet style breakfast. There was something there for everybody.
As I said the hotel is older but in a good location. I looked at the pool. Nothing huge but the kids are sure to enjoy it even on a rainy day (it being indoors).
The rooms are old, but the service put this place on this side of very good. Would recommend it for a night or two.

Room tip: The even room numbers face the garden/vally, which is more quiet and provides nice views.
