Very beautiful new renovated castle hotel with gorgeous charm and decor.
Our suite was very spacious and separated in 3 departments with 2 separate bathrooms-but the best was the stunning view over Vienna. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and left no wish open. We also had delicious meals at the restaurant and must recommend the tasty veal Schnitzel.Special thanks to Mr Naijar and Mr Ben Springer from the front desk - they were always very attentive and helpful no matter what we needed or asked for . Excellent ! The entire staff was very friendly and polite what made our stay very pleasant as well. If you needed something at the breakfast- Miss Versna was there in a heartbeat.A great Thank You as well to our maid Miss Rawoli that had our suite spotless ready for us. The cleanliness was 100% and specially the bathrooms spotless. Well done ! We hope that the management of this beautiful hotel knows what a great staff they have . Also parking was free just at the hotel grounds. We loved this place and are sure that when we return there is no second thought but to stay at the Wilhelminenberg Schloss Hotel again.

Terrible hotel in so beautiful building. It could be a luxury place but someone decided to make a low class hotel from which you want to walk away asap.
Extremely dirty in the room, everything is in spots and bathroom with mold. It seemed that curtains were washed last century, you feel the smell of dust everywhere. There is no necessary things in the room and bathroom which you expect to have staying in 4* hotel.
They had to change a “fresh” bed linens in the room because it was full of smb’s hairs.
Generally saying - ugly place to stay even for one night. If you want to see a Palace, come for an hour and go back to any normal hotel.

Dear Guest,
thank you very much for your feedback.
We really regret that you could not enjoy the stay and that you have such a bad impression of our hotel.
We can assure you that the cleanliness is the highest priority in our hotel and that we set ourselves high quality criteria, since we are well aware that despite proper and regular cleaning (whether carpets, curtains, sofas – bed linen is anyway, of course), certain signs of wear are visible.
The generally good reviews show us, however, that our efforts are also generously noted by our guests and scored accordingly positive.
Of course, it should never happen that there are hairs on the bed linen, and we sincerely apologize to you.
We would be very happy if you would give us another chance and remain
with kind regards
Raimund Höflinger

This is an old fashioned hotel which has seen better days but which is still impressive. Nothing that £20M wouldn't sort out and which I would imagine could be a good investment. Well located on a hill with commanding views over the city it was clearly magnificent in its day. Friendly enough staff, the conciege man was excellent, but the rooms were tired and the bathrooms even tireder. Parking is plentiful and free. Taxi needed to go into town centre - just15 Euros so not expensive. Four stars is probably generous but it is a great building.
