I simply love the feel of this place. A meal here is a journey to the past, accompanied by good service and great food.
Went here on a quiet tuesday night and really enjoyed the experience. Started with grilled norwegian lobster that was sublime.
For main I had the rack of veal. This was were they went wrong. To grill this delicate meat is a far too tough way of handling it, burning the fat and making rest of the dish tasteless. So, they changed their method of cooking and baked my veal in the oven, and it turned out perfectly! This is also a perfect dish.
For dessert I tried the baked Alaska. I have neved seen this dessert on a menu in Norway previously - and had to try it. Also very good!
Great experience to travel back in time here and enjoy super service, super wine pairings and great food! I will be back upon my next visit.
