Stayed for 3 nights but wished we had booked for longer. Particularly liked the relaxed atmosphere and farm setting. Janet could not be more helpful but was not intrusive. Surrounded by lovely open views.
I have a bad back and am pleased to say the double bed was nice and firm as well as being comfortable. Very well equipped right down to an excellent coffee maker with coffee and filters suppplied. Choice of bread shops in the village - both were good, with quality butter croissants that far exceeded the supermarket variety.
Lots to do in the surrounding area but Dinan is a must with good restaurants and stacks of character. We also like Equy with a beautiful promenade and excellent seafood and St Malo. We will explore more next time. Driving is a real pleasure in France with quiet roads and few cars (except Dinard on a Sunday!)
Already planning a return.
Typical Brittany house in the countryside, very well equipped and perfect for a family of 4-6 members. You can hear the birds in the morning, and from the windows you see the cattle, the hens, the gooses and even foxes from time to time.
Located not far away from the lovely village of Dinan, Janet, the landlady, will help you with anything you need. Unfortunately we didn't spent too much time in the house, because Brittany has so many thing to do an visit, that in only five days we didn't have too much time to rest, but next time we will try to do more country life.
