I could not believe how beautiful this cottage is, it is much larger than the pictures hint at, the pictures really do not do it justice. A real rare gem tucked away from the road hidden by the trees. Just a short walk from the Little Orm and Llandudno beach, with many other places to visit within easy reach.

The cottage is tucked away almost invisibly and yet very convenient for Llandudno itself and walking on both Ormes. Hard floors downstairs make for a worry-free stay with dogs, without the need to hover with a towel every time they go outside. The layout worked very well for us, with a lovely bright garden room for meals and a cosy lounge for evenings. French doors in the master bedroom made morning coffee a bit special. It was also nice not to be faced with a barrage of rules from a booking agent and on arrival. To sum it up in a word: relaxed.
What a wonderful surprise we had when we arrived at the cottage, the style, location, facilities and character of the place are excellent. It has everything you require for a home from home type stay in terms of equipment and appliances. We particularly liked the underflloor heating and the AGA cooker, which for a complete novice was very easy to use and produced some wonderfuil meals and kept the kitchen warm and cosy.
The gardens are definately worth exploring and are full of a variety of plants and trees and attract many different types of birds and wildlife.
Although secluded and private it is only a little over half a mile to the beach which we enjoyed immensly as did our dogs.
All in all it is a very special place and we would certainly have no hesitation in recommending it very highly

Have just returned from a lovely New Year break with friends at this cottage. The place is in immaculate condition and retains the rustic feel you'd expect from a cottage such as this.
We were greeted on arrival by the host Tracy, which you receive at very few properties, and she gave us a tour of the property including how to use the AGA cooker which we had not seen before. This was very beneficial and we managed to make the most of it in the 3 days we were there. Amazing piece of kit!
The views are spectacular looking on to the cliff face out the back and the location excellent for exploring the North Coast of Wales. Please ignore the 1 star review below as it is nowhere near this level of class and pay attention to the 4 & 5 star reviews as this is a lot closer to where it should be. Thanks for a beautiful stay Tracy and hope to see you again soon!
