A lovely quaint hote in a beautiful location, l but in need of updating and decorating. Seems very tired and dated but was clean especially beds and bathrooms. The staff are lovely and friendly and breakfast was fresh and lovely. This hotel needs a lift as my mum is disabled and it was difficult to carry our luggage up to the second floor

Where do I start , would not recommend staying here unless you would like to smell dogs all the time and share your bed with bed bugs . We stayed in room 21 which had good views over the bay . But as I have seen pictures of previous bugs they were exactly the same as I had . There was also a stain on my duvet cover which I never noticed until the day before we left . There was dust all along the shower , cobwebs in the room . Pillows are rock hard like sleeping on concrete .The window is broken and the wind comes in so not that warm at night . Carpets were all stained ? from dog wee On a very steep hill so not good if you have reduced mobility . Definitely would not stay here again , expensive for what it is , no way is this a 3 star more like a 1 star . I have stayed in better B + B 's and camp sites . The lady who works in reception, cleans and serves breakfast works really hard . Don't waste your money on staying here . Needs a lot of money spending on it . The furniture needs changing as the chairs with fake leather are peeling . Parking not very good only 7 spaces

Room Tip: just don't go and waste your money

We were in a family room with a dbl bed & 2 single beds. The room was spacious and clean, well-stocked with biscuits, tea & hot chocolate. The view of Llandudno was spectacular! WiFi & TV in the room. Breakfast in the morning room was very good too. We were sorry to stay only one night. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This hotel is dated some of the furniture in the room was extremely worn, breakfast just OK, I was very disappointed to find several spots of blood on my side of the bed, If I had seen this the night before I would have informed them. The TV was broken and had to be replaced. I could not wait to get out of the place. We will never stay there again.

Dear Sir,
Thanks a lot for your feedback. i like to draw your attention that there is some old pieces of furniture in the hotel to match the old atmosphere of the listed building. i like to tell you that we were very sad to get rid of the bed that was in your room. it is very difficult to find replacement now.

The hotel needs a total renovation including staff. No parking. No lift so luggage has to be lumbered up multiple stairs. Beds are very tired, rock hard pillows and bed not made each day nor fresh towels. Not a smile in the place. Will never come again.

Dear Sir,
i am so sorry for the bad experience that you have. the building is old listed and because of its structure and the preserved staircase , we can't put lift. we don't advertise that we have lift. The pillows is new , we have just put them couple of months and it is of good make and well know hotel linen suppliers. again sorry for inconvenience.

Regards
