This was an amazingly professional clay shooting location and the instruction was relaxed and reassuring - my partner scored about 80% in 50 clays. I would recommend this for a first experience as the instruction was so good and the location efficient and beautiful 5 stars!

This was my second visit to the County Clays ground for further instruction for my 12g clay shooting. My ability to miss below and behind was starting to get me really up tight. Those of you with the same problem will appreciate the frustration. While staying at the Dunkeld Hilton I booked two sessions with the very professional and extremely patient Clark. In 2013 it was Monty.

I have to admit at my local shooting club many of the members kindly offer help with problems but all give differing resolutions which causes me to get worse rather than better.

On my first session with Clark he talked me through the proper principals to be followed and the state of 'blank' mind to be adopted. Gun mount, binocular vision, peripheral vision and the all important follow through were patiently explained.

On starting to shoot my errors were courteously pointed out until such time as I started doing as I should and not as I did. There is nothing more exhilarating than hearing bang and seeing dust. I totally enjoyed the first session of patient instruction and really looked forward to the next days instruction.

Excitement preceded the old nerves briefly until Clark got me settled and I felt confident and was competent at well dusting the clays which were previously causing me difficulty - crossers and the 'bogey' teal.

Clark is a great instructor who has a calming effect on the nervous types (like me). With great patience and the skill of a true professional he greatly improved the standard of this pupil's shooting. Hope I can keep it up.

Value for money 10/10, quality of instruction 10/10, professional attitude 10/10, trap lay-out 10/10 and patience / understanding 100/10!!
