After being greeted by a happy knowledgable lady called Andrea and welcomed with a happy smile I was directed to my room! Wow, I have stayed in 5* hotels in London and the room was immaculate and exceptionally clean, on arrival for food and drink Lindsey was helpful, polite and very professional in her manner, I had my doubts about a premier inn but I am completely taken by their price, cleanliness, friendliness and over all experience of a hotel stay! My visit was great. Two ladies on the staff, Andrea and Lindsey were next level in terms of service. Pleasant, helpful, accommodating. Premier Inn are very lucky to have such great employees. Lovely ladies!! In a society where people are quick enough to criticise, but slow to praise!! ?? Will definitely go back to this hotel, because these ladies create a great ambience for all.

A star lost until Premier Inn sort out the dismal on premise Thyme restaurant wherever you find them. We avoid them now.
The staff in this hotel go above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Andrea served us and honestly made our night after a long journey along with a puncture she really did spoil us. We had a fabulous meal along with drinks and desserts. Just perfect

Having stayed here on a number of occasions I have always found everything to be good. Excellent stay again, friendly and helpful staff who moved me to a room with a bath with ease and helpfulness. Good, comfy bed as always and a thoroughly restful stay.
Always like a premier Inn but the guys here made my day. The room was great, nice and quiet and had everything we needed and a lovely TV that ya could easily watch whilst relaxing. Check in was smooth and quick and was very friendly and I mentioned my birthday was Monday. We went to the Harry potter walk and on return they had put a little card and cakes in the room I was so surprised and it made a brilliant night extra special!
