Easy to find, plenty of parking. Clean and well maintained outside. Receptionist friendly and helpful. Room clean tidy and comfortable. Tea/coffee and kettle, TV, everything you need. No outside noise could be heard considering it was near a busy road. Inside no noise while I was there! Only fault was two bedside lamps not secured but were safe and one over the mirror not working, carpet a little tired. They were pet friendly so really enjoyed staying. Definitely be back.

Room tip: Good position to set off from to explore different cities

I chose this hotel because of its location (just off the East Lancs Rd and a Miller and Carter restaurant next door). My room was huge, with a big comfortable bed. A good clothes hanging area, dressing table, TV etc. Small but okay ensuite shower room.

I was greeted warmly at reception, and all the staff were friendly. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and smelt nice and fresh. It had the air of being well looked-after. I was given a room to the side of the hotel, so that I didn't get road noise, even though we were near the East Lancs Road.

The hotel is on the same site as the Miller and Carter restaurant, but has its own car park, reached by driving round the rear of the restaurant. The hotel was quite busy, with a few builders staying, and but there was no noise at night. The staff did have to hoover up building debris every day, but this was done cheerfully!

As a woman staying on my own, I felt very safe here, and was made to feel welcome.

Stayed overnight with my son, daughter-in-law & grandson in a family room. Very clean, comfortable & good value for money. We did not stay for breakfast as "grab & go" box did not appeal, but this was not an issue. Would return again for an overnight stay.

You will never get more friendly/ helpful staff from booking up to end of stay.
Debbie was excellent helping us book
Debbie and Lorraine helped us enormously when we needed guidance about getting around the area given the fact we were 230 miles from home.
The accommodation was extremely clean and tidy.
Would highly recommend this travelodge and should we ever be in the area again we will definitely be using it.

Thank you all at this travelodge

Room tip: Highly recommended so book this travelodge if you are in the area

IDA at this accommodation was superb and so helpful. My wife had damaged her back just before we came on our trip and couldn't easily sleep in the bed. Although the travel lodge was fully booked Ida managed to source a single mattress and duvet for us. She was so friendly and cheerful. My only gripe with the location is you need to drive .5 mile for a location that does breakfast.

Room tip: The pub/lounge beside the travel lodge doesn't do breakfast and can get busy so it would be worthwhile booking a table.
