We could see the restaurant was busy as we arrived and the waiter did explain that our main courses would take some time as they were very busy. This would have been fine, however, a group came in about an hour after us, (sat directly behind us) two of the kitchen staff came out and sat with the group, seemingly knowing the people. Their food then came out soon after. (Mixed meat on skewers, chicken nuggets for the kids). They pretty much had ordered the same as us. They were eating their desserts as our main courses arrived. We arrived at 2pm and eventually had our main courses at 3.30. With two young children, this was not an enjoyable experience. Disappointing that staff who know customers can ensure a quicker service???
