Lovely relaxing accommodation with two outside seating area’s.
Good quality accessories inside, from linen to crockery. Airy and bright inside and an extra bonus is a washing machine and drying facilities- including pegs.
Absolutely lovely. A great little find. The decor to the welcoming pack (especially the brownies) was of a top notch standard. Well quiet but easily accessible to other places. A hop from Lymington which you can get to the Isle of Wight for the day. The friendliness of Nina our host was second to none. You wouldn’t even know they were there really. Fully recharged now and would recommend this place. Thanks again for all your help with booking as well.

On arrival we were met by Nina and introduced to the cottage. We then felt very private in our own most comfortable and scrupulously clean dwelling. The photos do not do the cottage justice, it is more spacious than it looks and everything and more that you need to feel spoilt was there, including a wonderful tray of goodies that we enjoyed immensely!
The location is super, and walks on your doorstep straight into the forest.
We loved Beaulieu 20 mins away, the heaths with horses, donkeys and cattle were such a joy to drive through. The Motor museum including the palace, monastery and monorail was a great find, we visited over 2 days as lots to see and your next visit is free within 6 days.
Lymington quay was so pretty in the early evening so we ate at The Ship and watched the sun go down.
Barton- on- sea was stunning too with a lovely meal at Cliff House.
Thankyou Nina for enabling us to enjoy our holiday to the full, we will definitely be back in the summer, there's more exploring to be done!
We spent three nights at this wonderful cottage from 29th December to 01 January. Ideally located for exploring the New Forest area, Lymington, Brockenhurst and Lyndhurst all a few minutes drive away. The cottage is superb and kitted out with everything you need and is all of high standard. On our arrival we were greeted by Nina, the owner and an array of goodies which meant there was absolutely no need to rush off to the nearest shop for provisions.
We would definitely recommend the cottage and we hope to get back for another visit not too far in the future.
