Wedding Guest

We stayed at Mere Court Hotel while attending a wedding there. It's a lovely period establishment set in nice grounds, all of the staff we dealt with were friendly and happy to help. Our room was lovely and didn't find fault with anything.
We enjoyed the wedding and our stay.

Post Christmas annual dinner.

We had our annual car club post Christmas dinner at the hotel last night, an amazing setting, lovely rooms and excellent food and service. Fourteen of us attended with ten of us staying overnight, everyone commented on the size and quality of the bedrooms and the private room we dined in was a perfect size for out modest gathering. I would like to thank Robin and his team for making us so welcome and attending to all our requirements, a really great evening.

Dirty Hotel

Stayed overnight with partner to find blood stained bedsheets - absolutely disgusting! Won't be staying again....Reception staff unhelpful and not interested - bar v expensive and uninviting to stay and have a drink so felt we had to go off site for a drink

Groupon Deal

We stayed here as we needed a halfway stop on our return from Scotland to South Devon. Our room was huge and the bed so so comfortable. The decor and cleanliness was probably about a 3 out of 5 but the food and staff a 5 out 5 so that's why I have given the overall of 4 out 5.
We had a dinner bed and breakfast deal. The staff were very busy and attentive and extremely polite. It seemed we had one waiter/barman and the receptionist also waited on. There were only a handful of couples staying so they were able to deliver a great service.
The food was beautiful, tasted lovely, well presented and good spaces between courses. Breakfast was fantastic again great service and absolutely huge selection. Thank you to all staff we saw (and those behind the scenes)!

Afternoon tea

Visited Mere court today for afternoon tea …the food and service was outstanding .I can highly recommend.
The grounds of the hotel are picture perfect ,will definitely be recommending the venue .
