Stopped in on a Saturday lunchtime with our 9-year-old twins. The cafe was light, airy, tastefully decorated with lovely views out to sea and overlooking the pier. The service was prompt and friendly and the food was excellent. The kids shared a plate of chilli nachos and claimed them to be excellent. They certainly looked good and it was a huge portion. I had a coronation chicken sandwich and my partner had a tuna baked potato which was also huge. Both our plates came with a generous portion of salad on the plate - not the token leaf or two that so many other places offer. Very happy with our meal and thought it was good value. Would happily return.

Excellent food in this beach cafe. Really nicely decorated, very comfortable surroundings. The prawn salad is definitely the best salad I’ve ever had !! Everything you could want on a plate. The chips my husband had he said were great and my daughter ghettos thoroughly enjoyed her burger. We shall be visiting again !

We decided to stop here for a coffee and bite to eat. The cafe was clean, tidy, light and roomy, but was fairly busy. The menu was extensive but we decided on two cream teas and two lattes. The scones were home made fresh and warm, one was a fruit scone and the other was a plain one. They came with a generous serving of butter, jam and cream. The staff were friendly and attentive and took our order from the table.

Stopped off whilst doing the Shanklin to Ryde coastal walk. Digs are allowed which is great. Just had tea and a few slices if toast. Very nice inside. Good service.
