We had a lovely carvery lunch at the golf club. There was a good selection of meats (4 on our visit) roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings and veg. The views were outstanding. There was a good selection of drinks. Both the food and drinks were reasonably priced. The children in our party were made to feel very welcome and there was lots of room for them to run around in. A gem for a lovely family carvery.

Recently been on a holiday to Devon. Myself and a friend had been driving round looking for a course to play and we found this, firstly shocked at the price, but incredible views, and fantastic well maintained course!!! Gentleman behind the counter was helpful and friendly!! Very hilly and a long course so would recommended a buggy

We were on holiday on the area and fancied a round so headed to the club. The members were all very welcoming and friendly, the staff gave us some good tips and we headed out. The course has stunning views, is very challenging and the greens are in superb condition. All in all a really great experience.

The course is hilly though so I would recommend a buggy for anyone that would struggle with that

My wife and I regularly visit Ilfracombe Golf Club, not for the Golf, but for the best breakfast and Sunday lunches with the best views in Devon. Ilfracombe Golf Club has without doubt the best restaurant views possible situated on top of a hill looking out over the cliffs to Wales across the channel. The full English breakfast is both filling and tasty using quality ingredients (no cheap value supermarket sausages here) cooked to perfection. I have no idea how they manage to deliver such a fantastic breakfast at such a reasonable price (cheaper than most of the competition). The Sunday carvery is brilliant, always a good choice of meats with a huge selection of various vegetables. Their roast potatoes are always fabulous, crispy on the outside and fluffy inside just the way they should be. It gets really busy on a Sunday there so I would recommend booking first for Sunday lunch (and ask for a window table, you wont be disappointed). The waiting staff are friendly and helpful, the Steward Dean makes us feel ever so welcome and the Head Chef Steve blows the local competition away.
