We ended up at the Radisson due to having an extreme early flight from Heathrow.

Originally we had booked via a well known hotel+parking service to stay at a nearby different hotel, but when we arrived we discovered our room was for the wrong night as was our parking. We cancelled this booking and rebooked quickly via the same agent although it did involve a drive up the road to the Radisson.

When we got there our agent had again let us down. Despite having a booking reference and the like, the hotel had no record of our stay. However where the previous hotel had denied all involvement, our customer rep at the Radisson could not have been more helpful.

Diogo was wonderful to deal with and extremely helpful. Booking us in at once and taking our booking reference for the hotel to sort out with the agent rather than making us do the work ourselves.

As a result we ended up with a very comfy stay in a great hotel!

Once again, thank you Diogo, you saved our holiday stress!

Decided to try here, as limited options locally outside the hotel. Food was fine, althiough slightly pricey for a fairly standard burger and chips. However main bug bearer is the practice (not unique to this establishment) of putting on 12.5% service charge up front. I have no objection to tipping for service that warrants it, however paying up front for something you've not yet experienced rankles. My opinion on this matter was not altered by having to enquire after half an hour (it was not particularly busy) where my meal was. It did eventually turn up, but no apology. This up front service charge payment is really not an honest practice.

A beautiful hotel that blew us away as soon as we walked in. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room, though small, was very cute and comfortable. Early check in was an option which was useful and the restaurant attached to the hotel The Steak and Lobster was absolutely fantastic and had some of the best steak i’ve ever had. They had the option of unlimited fries which was great, and although a little pricey, the great deal we got on the room made it worth it. Definitely a real 4 star hotel with a brilliant location if you are travelling early the next morning.

The hotel was somehow under $100 per night and is absolutely beautiful. The restaurant The Steak and Lobster was a but expensive, but the food was wonderful. The room is small, but cozy. Staff has been fabulous. Though there isn’t much to do near by it is perfect if you are looking for a nice place near the airport.

An unforseen cancellation meant an extra night at Heathrow. British Airways put me up here and it was outstanding. Great service and a clean, comfortable room. Needed to be at airport too early for breakfast, but great selection of restaurants for dinner.
