We had a great stay here, we brought our dog and stayed at the barn owl woodland lodge. There was a large field on site that we took our dog to it was relatively quiet which was great as our dog was nervous. The stay was very relaxing and the neighbours were far enough away that it was peaceful and there wasn’t much noise or noisy people which was great as this is Exactly why we wanted to get away and relax. There are many attractions and walks nearby a lot are also dog friendly, we didn’t visit as our dog is very nervous around strangers and other dogs but even she had a great relaxing time, we barely seen any people and really enjoyed the hot tub on the patio. The only thing I would improve would be for the patio to be completely enclosed on these lodges as we had to put our dog outside with us on a leash while we were in the hot tub as the patio is open on one side and dogs can also get through the base of the privet. Would be more dog friendly if it were completely secure would also ensure other dogs wandering didn’t not venture onto your patio as not all dogs like other dogs coming into their space especially in a new environment.
