From booking to staying everything was perfect. First impressions - great location with lovely sea views, free parking and a very friendly welcome from Jo the owner. We arrived very early and so just let Jo know we were here. Very pleased to be given the key to our room so that we could go off and enjoy our day. The whole place is immaculate. The rooms are beautiful. Lovely views. Then it gets even better!!

The breakfast is the best we've had in any B&B. Full English looked amazing but there are also 5 specials to choose from so we had those. Devilled kidneys for hubby and kippers for me. Both served with perfect poached eggs on request.

Jo and her staff made our weekend perfect.

We stayed here because we needed a room in Morecambe for a gig. Next time we'll come to Morecambe just to stay here x.

    Loved it xxxx

One of the best guest houses in which we have stayed. We had three nights in a first floor bay windowed room with sea (and sunset) views. The nicely furnished room had a very comfortable king sized bed, adequate storage, two armchairs near to the window, a wash basin in the room and a small bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
Breakfast was ordered the night before and was very good, with the usual breakfast food selection plus five alternative specials. All cooked to order and almost too plentiful!
This, plus cereals, fruit and plentiful toast means that we only needed very little (if any) lunch. Parking is on the sea front and can be difficult, although there is a car park at the end of lane at the back of the house (£1 for 24 hours) The owners were very helpful and welcoming. Well recommended!!

Room Tip: Ask fir a sea view

Stayed here for 2 night break with my wife. Close to the lakes, Heysham etc. Right on the front looking over lovely promenade, beach and the sea.
All you could need and want. Spotless, best breakfasts, location, views, lovely room. Most of all....the hosts Joanne and Gareth.
Thank you so much for a wonderful stay x

Myself and a friend stayed here for 1 night on way back to the IOM. The hotel was right on the promenade and has stunning views. The hotel was very clean and our twin room was really nice with a modern en suite shower room. The cooked breakfast was amazing, possibly the best I’ve ever had and the staff were all very nice and friendly. We were able to park our motorbikes in their locked rear yard. Would stay here again and highly recommend.
