Description: What better way to enjoy a relaxing, traditional English cream tea than amidst the period splendor of The Tiffany Room?

Called in at Tiffany's for breakfast during our recent stay in the area.
First impressions were excellent - nice setting and ambience.

Ordered 3 full English breakfast for myself, my daughter and her partner, and a bacon sandwich for my wife along with drinks (teas, coffees) for the 4 of us.
The drinks took roughly 15 minutes to arrive and were not the best for the price to be honest.
Food came out after another ten minutes and all seemed fine initially.
Partway through eating her sandwich, the wife stopped eating and put her food down and sated that there was mould on her bread.
My daughter then inspected the plate of toast that came with our breakfasts and noticed mould on one or two pieces (I had already eaten two rounds by this time).
I called over the waitress to point out the mould on the bread and she offered to bring replacements out which we declined.
The manager then came out to see us and apologised and said she would sort it out.

We finished our meals (minus the toast, and the wife didn't eat anything more), then the waitress came over and again apologised and said that our whole meal would be complimentary.

Although they didn't charge us for anything following the problem we had, this should never have happened and has to bring into question their kitchen hygene and stock rotation procedures.

Not a venue we will visit again when we are back in the area.

We went onto the Grand Pier mid morning and checked out Tiffany's for lunch and booked a table.
On arriving back at 2pm we noticed the table we had booked was already taken. The staff were very apologetic and we were offered another table.
The food we had was superb and the afternoon teas people were having looked wonderful.
The restaurant had amazing views and had a lovely ambience away from noise of the "entertainment" on the pier.
We had a great lunch, give it a go.

Afternoon tea is lovely here. Great location but the Sunday carvery lunch was awful. Watery veg, tough meat and a server with a bad attitude!!! Much better places to have Sunday lunch in WSM but the scones are lovely!!!

Me, my mum and nan had a day trip to Weston-super-Mare to celebrate my nans birthday and decided to have lunch here as a treat. We wish we'd gone somewhere else. Upon entering we weren't sure if we waited to be seated or just Sat down as there were no staff members greeting us even though there were 4 staff members by the bar. Once we had found a table we then weren't sure if we went to the bar to order or if our order was taken at the table as again this wasn't explained to us. Eventually made eye contact with the waiter and he came over.

Our drinks took ages to come and so did the food. The ham egg and chips was awful - the ham was very thin, the eggs were hard and only a handful of chips were served. Not what you expect for near on £10. My chicken and bacon sandwich was okay, but again only a handful of chips were served with this and I expected nicer bread for again nearly £10.

Overall we felt the food was very overpriced for what it was and the service was terrible. There were 4 or 5 staff members work front of house so not really sure why it was taking so long for orders to be taken and drinks to be served. Poor communication to customers as well.
