Excellent food, tipically from Uruguay. Chorizo, morcilla and empanadas, one better than the other. Nice wines and excellent beef

If you can not heat your restaurant to an acceptable temperature in winter, do not open it.
Its a pity because the food is excellent and fairly priced for a good restaurant, which it would be if it were warmer, but when you have to suffer the cold (particularly in the first half of the restaurant) it takes away the pleasure and the value.
Yes there was an intermittent problem with one of the doors but that's not it, the waiter was happy to blame the door but its the owners who should be taking responsibility. They need an industrial heater for such a space. As the waitress said the heating was on but with single glass its just not enough. Even the red wine was cold which you dont expect in a restaurant of this quality.
We paid 111 euro receipt attached and did not stay for coffee (my wife and daughter wanted to leave earlier) as we were just too cold.
The starters was all tasty and interesting, the meat for the main courses was delicious, it melted in the mouth and the grilled potatoes were interesting. The desserts were also interesting apart from the postre el primero which was a bit disappointing.

It was recommended to us by a few people who work at a large local pharma company but sadly we wont be going back....Not because of the quality of food but because the management just dont care, they would have bought a better heater if they had. (It certainly wasnt the first cold night of the year) no apology, just blame the door! A couple next to us were complaining and another couple left after their starter.
Such a shame as the food was good.

An hour after arriìving home my feet are finally warming up.

I really enjoyed my dinner: provoletta, ribeye and dulce de lecche tort. The wood fired barbecue gave an extraordinary taste to the meat. The desert was a good surprise. Great place to visit !

After eating Italian meal after meal it was so refreshing....and fulfilling to run into the restaurant. The steaks at our table were all cooked to perfection. No complaints from anyone. If you are in Milan and want to grab a wonderful steak and breakaway from your standard Italian cuisine please give this place a try. It seemed out of the way and in the middle of nowhere but please don't let that stop you from giving it a try.

It is a pleasant surprise to find an excellent Uruguayan restaurant in the middle of gastronomic heaven which Italy definitely is. The meat was absolutely out of this world, tender, prepaired perfectly. I started with empanadas, which were very tasty but the highlight was definitely the lomo. And Tannat wine straight from Uruguay is a special bonus in this interesting resaurant, housed in the former Uruguayan Expo pavillion.
