“Lovely break”

We really lucked out with this stay, excellent weather, and most of all, a lovely little property to base ourselves from during our week stay in North Wales. It's our first time to North Wales with our two young daughters, but we were made to feel very welcome by Arthur, including the presents on our arrival (which the girls loved).
The property is finished very well, it's got all you need for a week away, and the location is perfect to explore Llandudno and further afield.
We would definitely return!

“fantastic accommodation”

We had a great 7 night stay in Orchard Cottage. The cottage was great and had all we needed. It was fresh and modern and very comfortable. We loved the little surprises that were waiting for us on our arrival given to us by the owners. A very thoughtful touch.
Brilliant location for some lovely days out.
My youngest son cried when we had to leave as he wanted to stay in the holiday house!

Lovely welcome to a lovely property.
It is ideally situated for local amenities whist still being very quiet with easy parking.
Good situation also for visiting the local area.
