Beautifull hotel with view on the ocean. Lovely interior design, mostly blue and white, fantastic breakfast and play/leisure room, great food and drinks served on the terrace for diner, very friendly staff and very comfortable beds even for tall people!

We had a large (35 sqm) room on the 2nd floor, with two balconies. everything is well lit, very nice bathroom with 2 basins (only the entrance into the shower stall is rather tight)and (really) separate WC. Couch with table and real table with two chairs (eating, playing games). the public areas are huge - breakfast room, lounge(s), open bar and terrace (half covered). I gave only 4 points because at the end of june the place was only running at half speed (bar closed, terrace -also due to the rainy weather- not properly cleaned), We were told that more staff would arrive the following week. Also the WIFI was working only very reluctantly.

For dinner try Le Chantier just before nearby La Trinité. Superb fish.

Comfortable cosy simply decorated room, but unfortunately the last available was in a corner with no direct views. A friendly welcome, helpful staff, great restaurant recommendations. Path walks from the garden directly on the sea shore, very peaceful.
Over priced for what we had

First, we want to praise the management of the hotel. The manager (whose name, I hate to admit, I have forgotten) was absolutely wonderful. She was helpful about the surrounding area, things to do, arrangements, etc.--and was just a very pleasant person to speak with.

As we were traveling with family, we took a 3-bedroom suite on the top floor. The fact that you can get an apartment that big in a hotel is itself a great advantage. The lodging was very comfortable, though there was only one bathroom for all those people. The vibe is very laid-back, beach chic--white-washed wood, exposed stone, very attractive.

Breakfasts are good, but perhaps a bit underwhelming for 15 euros per person.

I would not hesitate to come back to this very relaxing property in this beautiful part of France.

Room tip: Don't take a top-floor room if you are tall--some of the rooms are in the eaves and you can hit your head!

We had a spacious suite, 2 bedrooms (the second room had very tempting bunk beds), bath/shower room, kitchen/living area, and a huge balcony with a stunning view through the pine trees to the sparkling estuary and the sun rise - if you are awake so early! It is cool in the afternoon on the balcony, and in the main rooms, but there is a long garden with seating that stays in the sun all evening. Peaceful spot, with plenty of birds around - finches, doves, wood pigeons, blackbirds and a woodpecker. Egrets by the beach. Audrey, who is running the Villa was the angel! She was so welcoming and helpful. We liked it so much we stayed an extra night and were sorry to be leaving. There is also a very tasteful communal lounge and dining area. You can take a footpath along the water's edge to the local beach (choose sand or rocky) or drive short distances to other interesting places including Carnac, a lovely old town with an amazing alignment of megolithic stones. You do need to drive short distances if you want to eat out - but there is a kitchen area for simple food preparation and cooking. Microwave oven and two rings. Large breakfasts of cold meats and cheeses can be brought to the apartment. Everything was spotless, the king size bed a dream! And a warm lovely bathroom. All very tastefully decorated. A great escape or base for water activities, of which there are plenty around.
Would not hesitate to go back and hope we will.
