After a nice journey across the Médoc vineyard, the St Julien restaurant, the Chef and his committed team, welcome you under the soothing shade of the pergola. Tables are nicely arranged around the summer kitchen, where the Chef will grill the lobster or the beautiful piece of beef, using the famous Medoc's vine shoots.
The cuisine is made of fresh seasonal products, nicely and generously (too generously I guess if I account for the number of runs I will have to do to eliminate the beautiful calories). This is worth it. A nice moment that Mauriac could have depicted in his novels. But the awesome cuisine is only available there!
