The staff was extremely courteous and attentive. The room was spacious and clean with plenty of amenities. The breakfast was fully equipped and delicious. David from the restaurant went the extra mile to help us understand some train logistics that we were confused on. Would stay again!

Nice and clean rooms bathroom is big and nicely set, very good service and convenient access.
My only regret is the poor quality of fruit juices served for breakfast, very close to perfection.

Spacious and modern rooms, good breakfast with appropriate Covid safety regulations. Best place for stopovers or for covering the outlet shops nearby. And, although not part of the hotel facilities, the pool next door is very nice.
Nice place, clean, well serviced. Perfect swimming pool. It could be more perfect to have possibility make cofee in room. My score is high i travel a lot but this place I recommend . My doughter also enjoyed
We were passing through Alessandria on or way North & East and picked Hotel Diamante as it reviewed well. We were not disappointed the room was very clean and well appointed with a comfortable bed, TV with Sky football and a large bathroom with excellent shower. The reception experience was fab. Due to COVID the restaurant was closed other than for breakfast - we are coffee and brioche people and prefer to have our first coffee of the day in a local bar/cafe so we didn’t eat in the hotel. We will definitely return as we pass this way regularly.
Ok so nice hotel. No power sockets at the side of the bed. Just found out that one of the power sockets at the desk does not work. I have 3 devices cannot connect to the internet on any. So frustrating when you have work to complete and you find the only hotel in Italy that you can't get connected.
On the up side the food tonight was excellent along with the service, really the saving grace, for this hotel in the middle of nowhere.
