Second visit to the lovely resort of Poltu Quatu. We opted to take an appartment this time rather than a hotel room in order to have a little bit more freedom. Still had breakfast in the hotel and used all the hotel facilities, the appartment was well appointed with a small sitting room and kitchen, bathroom with walk in shower, bedroom and terrace. Received daily changes of towels and linen with bathrobes and slippers, mini bar and room service all supplied too. The whole resort is beautifully maintained and so pretty, a bit dissapointed that some of the shops/eating places weren't open this year but never the less still plenty to occupy. Apart from the hotel restaurant Blu Beck (which was wonderful) and the pool restaurant (equally wonderful) we ate at Tanit, L'orso and the harbour bar. All were of a high standard with very helpful staff. Big thanks to Roberto and the restaurant team who were so friendly, kind and extremely professional, also special thanks to Gabrielle and reception staff, who were all very polite and helpful at all times. Pool boys and pool staff were all wonderful, nothing was too much to ask and all ensured our comfort and well being. We hope to return to Sardinia and Poltu Quatu very soon.

Just enjoyed 4 nights at the lovely Grand Hotel Poltu Quatu. The hotel was absolutely lovely so early in the season and the restaurants were delicious and service impeccable ! I don't know what high season looks like but travel in early June was marvelous and I recommend this Gallery level hotel to all.

Our family of 4 stayed here and we're so happy with our entire five night stay. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, and the amenities are great. The pool area especially is as amazing as it looks online. It is a quiet and quaint place with many things to do. Definitely feels like a relaxing vacation.
We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

My wife and I stayed here with our 7 month old daughter and it was absolutely fantastic.

We stayed here on 19-29th May having moved from a terrible hotel in Baia Sardinia. This hotel was absolutely beautiful and miles apart from where we were.

As soon as you enter the hotel it's very luxurious and well maintained. Our suite was stunning and perfect for us all as it was very well decorated, large and very comfortable.

Breakfast was a real treat! A wide selection which was all very tasty and made even better by the view of the harbour.

The staff were the best thing about the hotel as nothing was too much trouble. They were all very friendly and helpful especially in the restaurants, lifeguard and reception.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and we look forward to returning.

Beautiful hotel, scenery and staff. The pool attendant Alessio always made sure we had the best beds by the beautiful pool. The hotels restaurant Tanit is one of the best on the island.
You get what you pay for here 5*
You can hire a speed boat for €130 and go island hopping which we did. Magdalena town is a must.
Would definitely come back again.
We had a problem with our air con and reception staff and management were fantastic and dealt with it superbly.
Thank you Poltu Quatu
