Stayed here for 3 nights this week. Breakfast is included, small, but a buffet. There is free wifi; you have to go to the front desk to get a receipt that details your username and password. You can only use the username and password for one individual device. Also, the location is very convenient to walk to the city center. Very enjoyable stay.

I have spent the past five days here. The Room is fairly small, but stayed in smaller. The staff have all been v. friendly and polite. Room is clean and very good value. I would stay again. The hotel is a good base ford adventure and close to centre of town without the bustle.

My wife and I spent two nights there in early September. It is located within easy walking distance of the center of town either on the streets or the adjacent bike/walking path. The welcome and service were really quite excellent, responding immediately professionally to requests.
The room was average sized for an Italian hotel (they tend to be small), but adequate. It was clean, if not remarkable and the king-sized bed was comfortable. Our room had a small terrace which had a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and the Cortina skyline.

We had the mezza-pensione, meaning our breakfast and dinner were included. Again in the dining room he service was wonderful - attentive and friendly. The food varied from "excellent" on our first night to "good" on the second.

Overall, we were quite happy with our stay and would recommend the Serena to friends.

We spent 3 nights at Hotel Serena this August, we couldn't look for anything better for our family. The Hotel is 5 min far from the centre of the village and can be reached walking or cycling on the old railway track.
The rooms are nice and very clean, we had a big balcony with view to the Dolomites.y
Food at the restaurant was very good with lot's of choices, and so agreeable with any specials we needed for the kids.
What we enjoyed the most of the place was the staff of the Hotel, the manager Sig. Giuseppe, was there to help with any requests. The staff at the restaurant was super, one of the girls Andrea, took very good care of my kids, and any request was not a problem.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody especially to family with young children
