We choose this hotel based largely on price, but weren't disappointed with what we got. The staff are really genuinely friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located, the centre of town is within walking distance as is a ski bus stop. It would also be possible to walk to the Faloria lift station if you wanted to.
The hotel itself is largely dominated by rooms, a dining area and reception. There are few public areas so to say, but this was not really missed given what we were there for: snowsport.
There is a lift, when you're knackered from skiing and a ski equipment room. The breakfast tended not to be varied much, but it was a healthy buffet and had enough to keep us going all day.
Bathroom and showers worked perfectly and the wifi was really good (compared to what you put up with elsewhere).
By the way - in the morning the smell of fresh croissants permeates the whole hotel and is a good incentive to get your butt down to breakfast.
They were kind enough to allow us a late check-out which ensured we could sneak in a n extra day on the slopes before heading off.More
