This is a very basic hotel with respect to ammenities. Rooms and bathrooms have not been renovated for years and have an 'old alpine' feel. Staff were friendly and very helpful and breakfast very good. Shuttle bus into town is somewhat limited but walk is not too far without ski gear. Nice stay but not 4*

You have to know that this hotel is located outside the city senter. If you are here for skiing be prepared to wait for some time for the hotel bus to the gondols and back again. We stayed as a group ( 16 pers) for 4 nights and had breakfast and dinner in the price. I think the breakfast was great but the dinner was very simpel. I know the hotel has a good restaurant so i was disappointed about this. I also think the beds was a bit hard to lay on. The staff was friendly and the rooms clean.

Great service. Very helpful staff. The manager at the front desk was great. He provided a lot of helpful information and helped with reservations. Quaint hotel. Very comfortable. They had a ski shuttle and ski storage area with boot heaters. Good food in their restaurant. I would go back.

This hotel has a five star restaurant and the service is just excellent! Enzo and his crew will make your dinner or your stay a one in a lifetime. We also stayed here and the service is just great! The view is also excellent.

We stayed here for a week in June. The man on reception was fantastic. He gave us two keys and told us to choose the room we preferred. He recommended things for us to do and directed us to the shops etc. He also pointed out the different footpaths to take and advised us on how long they took for the hikes we wanted to do. He was very knowledgeable about the local area. We ate here one evening. The food was incredible (best meal we had in Italy) with very good house wines - thought they would have been more expensive. The breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious and the waiters very good and attentive. They made great coffee
