Great location, steps away from all the sites. Very friendly family owned - everyone chips in to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast buffet was spare and uneven, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely return.

Room Tip: enjoy the roof garden

We went with some friends and we could see 4 different types of rooms. All of them are very charming. The B&B is run by Lucca who is a lovely person. It is close to many restaurants and to the historical center.

A beautiful authentic Locanda run by lovely people. Great to look at the stars at night through the skylight, and I am a converted Modigliani fan. Really good location close to some wonderful restaurants for more fabulous Italian food

This is one of the best hotels/B&Bs I have ever been in. First of all it is small, secluded place very near the center of the city. It is run by Gianluca who is always with a smile on his face and very dear, as is all of his family, for it is a family business. There are not to many rooms, but the whole establishemt is decorated beautifully, and as I understand the Mother is responsable for this. Modigliani and artwork everywhere, and you can also buy some of these acessories. Rooms are not to big, but nice. The beds are soft and you sleep great there. The breakfast in mostly paistry, as it is normal in Italy to eat only sweet things for breakfast. But there is also cheese and salami etc...The most beautiful thing is the roof balcony, where you can be in the center of the citiy, but again hidden in your own little beautiful world. I especially reccomend the Big Suite. It is like a whole walk to get from the door, all the way to the room, marmor and the best thing is that when you are there, you do not feel you are a stranger that came from a distant place, you feel as a local. Such is ther hospitality
