The host is really nice, with amazing wine and food selection
A fusion between Tuscany and Spain
Do not miss this place if you are in Forte

We found the chef tried a bit too hard to be eclectic and creative, so it was not great. If they would just stick to authentic Spanish food with their fresh ingredients, it would have been better. Not good value for money.

We truly enjoyed our visit to Enoteca Giulia a few nights ago. The Italian wife/Spanish chef husband combination have created a unique dining experience in Forte Dei Marmi, a place which is normally quite set in its (usually boring) culinary traditions. We enjoyed a nice selection of tapas accompanied by excellent Pata Negra ham, and as a main course I had one of the best pigeons I have ever enjoyed, cooked to perfection, full of flavor, really mouthwatering. The wine selection is really wide, for all tastes and pockets, and correctly priced.

I've never been to Enoteca Giulia for dinner, only for Happy Hour, however I took a look at the various plates they have and it seems delicious. As for the Happy Hour it is quite a gem. They have a wide variety of wines, including a homemade sangria (a pitcher for only 12€ )that really made me feel as if I was on the Barcelona beaches. The environment is amazing: colorful chairs with wine casks used as tables (very particular and different, but just as inviting as any lovely, small town in Spain). Along with your drink they also give you a charcuterie platter: various cured hams, olives - best olives ever -, chips and vitel tonné on a slice of bread. If you're looking for something different from the usual Forte dei Marmi restaurants this is the place. Also the personnel is very friendly. I will definitely have to return for lunch or dinner
