Having stayed at this hotel with my girlfriend I would highly recommend this place although a little out the way of the city, it has everything you could need on site!! The staff are lovely and the surroundings and gardens of the hotel are simply outstanding.

This hotel was chosen by us as it offered a spa. The rooms were lovely staff were friendly but could hardly speak english, we went to use the swimming pool on the monday afternoon to be told it was closed when I enquired would it be open tomorrow, we were told it was closed till sunday 25th of september, no good to us as we were leaving on the friday before, we asked for towels and went outside to use the outdoor pool which I have to say is in a bad state of repair, tiles loose on both the botton of the pool, around the sides of the pool, only swam one day in this pool as the water detriotrated day by day and looked univiting. The bar staff were good but you had to keep hunting for someone, we ate in the restuarant one night, and only one night, as the restuarat was univiting with no atmosphere at all, with a tv blaring in the corner, which for me was a complete turn off. The food was average the menu limited, the tagaltellie was great will give that credit. This hotel is so far away from everything the spa was the attraction, thought it would have been helpful if they had a least email us prior to our stay to let us know that spa was shut, we could have found an alternative. The room was well cleaned and the bed was comfortable will we be staying there again I doubt it very much. Breakfast was average not a lot of hot choice, some days boiled eggs, other days not bit hit and miss.

The hotel is a little way out on the high way so you need a car. Our room was spacious, clean and great. Alfonso on reception is very helpful and enthusiastic about the area he was a great help in planning our stay, we actually stayed an extra night before moving on to our next destination.
Yes it is a conference centre, it does have a pool which was not too busy, it has a wellness centre which is great. I would book it again as it is good value for money.

Room Tip: Corner suite

The hotel has a faboulous garden, with huge trees and well groomed lawn. It has a good swimming pool with a bar and sun chairs. But the hotel lacks the warmth of a holiday hotel. It is a typical congress/business hotel. There are only a few sitting places in that beautiful garden but no umbrellas to protect from the sun.The breakfast has no color and no place in the garden to have your breakfast. It is very close to the city but being on the outskirts it is an ideal place to stay in summer if the business-like atmosphere could be changed.

We stayed in the hotel for three evenings during our visit to Puglia. I truly wished to leave the first but our rooms had been prepaid and we could not get a refund.
We had requested two SUPERIOR rooms which were ample in size and the air conditioning was effective. Though the hotel as not at full occupancy, we could not have adjacent or neighboring rooms. The decor was minimalist and the walls were poorly painted in vibrant colors. There were only three outlets throughout the room and bath. I found this odd in a facility that caters to business people. Every guest needs to charge devices in this day and age. Addict ally the walls are paper thin.
The hotel is extremely miserly when it comes to amenities. The bathroom had few towels of poor quality. I also have never been in a hotel that did not provide a box of facial tissues!? Hot showers were rare. We experienced one out of six throughout the stay and the first other room never once had hot water. I might add the showers were taken at several difficult times of day so I doubt the supply of hot water had been depleted by our fellow guests. The shower stall itself was full of mildew.
The outdoor pool had limited hours which was odd during the height of summer season. Adding insult to injury, guests were expected to pay to use the indoor pool!
The breakfast was adequate, offering a variety of meats, cheeses, fruits, cereal, and breads. One morning there were hard boiled eggs.
Most of the staff was very friendly but they could not make up for this hotel's many inadequacies.
