This is one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in. Excellent service from all the staff. The only downside is having to get a bus to go anywhere but still worth it given the views from the room. Would definitely stay here again. Rooftop pool was cool

lovely hotel, clean, friendly staff, they really can't do enough and the food is excellent.
Our balcony was lovely, with the amazing view overlooking Capri.
From here we visited Pompei, Herculaum and Sorrento, But there is so much more to see

Some mixed feelings here. In our opinion, having traveled to the Amalfi coast numerous times before, the value was not that great here.

Our room, as I guess all of the rooms, are along a busy road. Even with the blinds drawn, you'll still hear the cars and buses outside even at night.

The room was very nicely decorated but was small, much smaller than we expected. Older bathroom very similar to most of the hotels of similar standard in the area, which were built somewhere around the 60's, I guess.

The sea view from the room was technically nice, but I was not happy with the cars driving by all the time. Sure, you have a sea view but you also have a road view which really takes away the pleasure of enjoying the scenery from the balcony.

Other areas were also quite traditional.
The rooftop terrace is amazing and has beautiful views.
Restaurant was very nice and we loved both the dinners as well as the breakfasts we had.

We had booked the spa for two hours yet after 1 hour staff left and sauna was turned off without any prior notice. We stayed in the small, indoor pool but would have been nice to be notified about the sauna being switched off, especially since we had discussed a 2-h booking with the reception.

I had contacted the hotel beforehand to ask if they could arrange some antipasti and Prosecco to our room when we arrive. We agreed to the cost of around 60€. What was there was certainly not worth that amount. We actually had the same antipasti plate in the restaurant which was much less. Although room service always has additional cost, this price was certainly not justifiable.

I must point out, though, that even though I (I'm a woman) had made the reservation so it was under my name, I was also the one doing the check in and gave them a credit card that my on my name again, they had signed the room to my husband. I know it's Italy, but still.. ;)

All in all, this is not a bad hotel and in it's price range it's ok. However, if you pay a little bit more you get a nicer option with a better value elsewhere.

The location is good for those who want to explore by car.
Also, around a half an hour scenic walk to Sorrento, that leaves from behing the hotel.

First impression of this hotel is what a great location with great views of the bay and Capri. The location is also its biggest failing though, as unless you have your own transport you are stuck with using the local bus service, which is cheap but due to the busy narrow roads means the bus timetable is a fantasy document! The hotel is on a busy road and you take your life in your hands trying to walk anywhere! We saw a number of mini buses driving round owned by other hotels - a Bellavista mini bus going into Sorrento a few times each day would be a major plus and save the road/bus ordeal!

The hotel itself is clean, in a good condition, and the staff are friendly. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, but strangely we had to contact reception every single day to ask for the air con to be turned on! The pool is of a good size with plenty of beds and umbrellas, though as soon as there is any mild breeze the pool staff come round to put the umbrellas down!

Breakfast is good with plenty of choice and the staff are friendly. The restaurant evening food is good with a decent selection, but it is the exact same menu for lunch which was disappointing. A different choice at lunch with smaller choices would have been ideal, especially as there were no other possible place to eat anywhere near.

In summary it is a nice hotel, but the location would put me off going back.

What a fantastic spot! Wife and I stayed here for 3 days and couldn’t be happier with the whole Sergio. Staff unbelievably on point, food superb and you can literally stay there all day given balcony and pool etc. huge thumbs up all the way around!

Room tip: Big decision on if you want a car or not - we did have a car but honestly next time probably won’t as it’s too stressful
