We were in a hurry to catch the only English tour of the Underground that started at 2 PM and dashed into Vineria no 4 at ten minutes after 1 PM. They quickly served us and were very nice! The water with fizz was free which is very unusual in Italy! We loved their lasagna. The Penn with ricotta and citrus was interesting. I have never thought about using orange rind on pasta. It made the rich white sauce lighter, but the dish would have been better with some zucchini or eggplant added to make it to make the dish even more refreshing. Really enjoyed our quick lunch here. Best surprise was the Parmesan. Real shaving from the wheel--big pieces of real cheese--not the flake stuff we often get in the USA!
