This restaurant location is in a residential area away from but close to the center in Porto Santo Stefano- don't expect a view or an atmosphere, Great roman dishes delicious home made. Our kids loved it and so did we along with reasonable prices!

Dinner with family, everything was perfect and exactly how explained. Food is top quality, simply cooked in traditional way. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Strongly suggested!

This is a very good restaurant and an even better value. The only thing lacking is location - the restaurant is located on a small street in a rather industrial area of the city. The outdoor terrace was nice to sit at, but does not exactly have a stunning vista. But, the food is great. Hand-made pastas, sauces, and fish were all high-quality and fresh. Limited wine list, but there are several selections from Monte Argentario that are worth trying.

We finally found this great restaurant after calling Paolo for directions. Note that you turn down a street at 66 Via del Campone and look for the signs directing you to a well lit patio and restaurant. Tucked in behind the tennis courts. Google maps will get you lost!

We asked Paolo to choose all the food for us. This is a great way to try many things that we might have missed and that the owners think are best. We are so glad we did! We enjoyed many fish and seafood dishes from anchovy to cod and saberfish to squid (canadian/English names for the fish). All were prepared by Paolo's wife Rosita who is an amazing chef. They told
us that many of the things we were enjoying were typical meals for Christmas or other celebrations.

All in all a perfect evening that made us feel like locals, or family. It was worth the hunt!

Wonderful food served with a smile. Grilled meat, chicken fried in breadcrumbs both served with potatoes two desserts (panna cotta) to die for! Water and half litre of house wine €37.50.
