I suggest to everyone, to stay here instead of Amalfi, tha atmosphere is not the same!
Here is a mixture of romantic and magic.

We loved visiting this terrace in Ravello. From here you can look down on the coastline cities below. Such a stunning view!!

Perched high above the Amalfi Coast and situated between Amalfi and Minori, the town is reached via a winding road. We came from Castellammare di Stabia and took the coast road which took forever - we would recommend the road over the mountains which is actually a very good road and not as twisty as the other route. Cars are parked at the side of the road a long way before you reach the centre but we found a spot in the car park just below the cathedral Piazza and it wasn't expensive. There are steps up to the large square which is surrounded by restaurants and has the cathedral in front of you as well as the entrance to Villa Rufulo which you absolutely must visit. We ate lunch at The Garden Restaurant which is a short walk from the square - the meal was fantastic with stunning views of the coast and excellent food. Not too busy when we visited although full of life. You absolutely must take the time to travel up to Ravello. We wish that we had been able to spend longer there.

There are 2 villas: Cimbrone and Rufolo. Both of them are amazing, but the best view on the earth is from Villa Cimbrone.
This is a must see, an amazing view and beautiful experience walking in these gardens.
