The staff is not friendly at all, I've made the reservation here because they appear like pet friendly, but they just let u inside the room with the dog, somewhere else u don't have the access with the dog. The room is big but all the paint from the walls is very old, the room where I've stayed was having just a little window, the furniture is also very old, I have specified that we are a couple and we whant a big bed, but they have beds of a person bonded. The room was not even clean, there were still some hair on the floor from those who stood before. The minibar was ok, with wine, beer, cokes, chips, water and some chocolate, they also have toiletries and slippers, in the wardrobe are some blankets but also old, I think they're from the '80-' 90 and they make u feel like in a military base.

One can deal with aging infrastructure if service is good but neither makes the cut here. We found ourselves in warm weather with the heater on in our room. Attempts to find a solution to the problem, change rooms or get a response from the reception where met with no more than "there is nothing we can do".

Gentilissimo Ospite,

We stayed at Le Dune from 26.08-31.08.2016 , the hotel has an amazing sea view , big rooms , great breakfast , but at we have to get up early if u want to eat something. The staff speaks just little english. We can say that it's a 3 stars hotel , not 4 . Needs modernizing. Also a minus is that on the hotel's beach u will receive one umbrella , one sunbed and one chair ... If u want the second sunbed u have to pay extra - hotel's policy. The hotel has also free parking .

The location was fantastic.. Just In front of the beach and a very nice one I would say too. The Staff lovely and professional however it is definitely not a 4 stars hotel. The room was poorly furnished. Old bed and mattress. Toilets were old and not perfectly cleaned.
Wife isn't available everywhere. My room for example didn't have enough signal. Business travellers beware.. It is not possible to work. It is a pity anyway.. Just a little of restyling and it would be a great hotel. Although The price of the room is a"4stars hotel" one anyway this is way I was expecting something way different. The restaurant is very disappointing, from the breakfast to the dinner. Poor breakfast and average dinner. I requested "pappardelle allo scoglio" typical local course.. The fish was frozen.
it is not acceptable for a place just in front of the sea. I didn't even finished eating it.

This resort is a real trip, quite an experience to say the least. My husband and I are driving down the coast towards Capri on our honeymoon and this was a one night pit stop for us. This hotel is VERY 1970s chic. It definitely hasn't been updated since then. Yet somehow it lends itself to the character of the place. First let me start out by saying this resort is for the elderly holding on to their youth. It's definitely classy in how its operated. The beach is great, well taken care of. There's a bar on the beach so you can be served food and drinks. There's a terrace and random lounge areas to enjoy the sunset. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Except at Dinner. The waiters ran around like chickens without heads. Looked like they were under staffed, could've been an off night. Food was ok, by far nothing special. The whole place was run like a country club from the 70s. We were 1 of 3 young couples there, the other 2 were with their families. This is for a much older crowd. Great for a pit stop, wouldn't go out my way to spend time here.
