Salemarino offers a splendid view of the Adriatic sea from all tables. I loved the starters, which included oysters, scallops, urchins and other delicacies. The main courses were nothing short of fabulous: gnocchi and ravioli with seafood sauce were perfectly cooked and the dressing was very balanced. I also had grigliata di pesce, which included prawns, sole and monkfish, all really delicious.
I like the way they serve the fish: it is not prepared with butter or cheese: less is more when it comes to seafood.
Finally, the owner, Gigi, is a really nice guy who will advise you with competence on the food and tradition of the beautiful region of Le Marche!
Salemarino is a can't miss restaurant if you're in the area of San Benedetto del Tronto!
