We were looking for lunch and liked the look of this taverna. We were warmly greeted and loved the feel of it as soon as we stepped in. Great music playing (a Nina Simone album), friendly service, nice decor and delicious wine by the glass. I had the melanzane parmigiana and my husband opted for porchetta. We both enjoyed our meals so much we decided to go for dessert. His was a really really good cheesecake and mine a wonderful stuffed baked apple - more of a winter treat and would benefit from a dollop of mascarpone on the side, but still really good. We would definitely return and will make sure we tell our veggo friends who live not too far away about it too as you don't often find an Italian restaurant which offers vegetarian food on the menu.
